Kathryn Walker House

Kathy began her work with tiles as a way to find a niche in the pottery rich area of the 
North Carolina Mountains. Mostly self taught, she has done tiles for a variety of 
projects from bathrooms to wall hangings to hearths. The majority of her work is done to
 order specifically for the site which it is intended. Currently she is working 
on a variety of projects including her first mural. 
She has also been concentrating on pots for bonsai, Ikebana, and bamboo.
